Message from PTO President

Hello AAES Ohana,
On behalf of the August Ahrens Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO), we are honored to serve as your PTO Executive. It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 2022-2023 school year.

This year our organization looks forward to creatively finding ways to bring back some of our programs with an eye toward community building and supporting our children and teachers. Our August Ahrens families are passionate, generous, and committed. While we may need to reinvent the way things look, we know we can count on you to support our school and to help turn these visions into realities. An added bonus – creating lasting friendships with each other along the way! 

Staying connected is more important than ever. The number one way to make this an amazing year for your family and our school community is to join the PTO. Our organization funds many of the opportunities you see and hear about around campus. Your support also enhances your child’s educational experiences. We encourage parents/guardians to volunteer. Find a balance that works for you.
