Aloha August Ahrens Elementary School Families, 

Welcome to the new school year!

Meet and Greet for students who will be Grades 1-6 will be on Friday, July 31, 2026.

Location: Your child's assigned classroom. 

  • If you do not know who your child's teacher will be, rosters will be posted in front of the Library and our Main Cafeteria. 
Parking: Main Parking Lot 
  • First-come, first-served basis
  • Families may park in any stall marked STAFF. If the parking lot is full, you will need to find parking off campus, all other parking lots are reserved for faculty and staff.
During this event, families will have the opportunity to:
  • Meet your child's teacher
  • Purchase school uniforms 
    • For our Kindergarten families: This will be the only day The Custom Company (TCC) will be doing sales on-campus. For other ways to purchase school uniforms visit https://bit.ly/aaes-uniforms.
  • Learn more about grade-level and homeroom expectations
  • Drop off school supplies
  • Receive information about our Title 1 program
